i have a 90 accord is this a obd0 or obd1 and when does the wiring change to obd2 m95 or 96??

For all intents and purposes, you are OBD1. Others may argue that you are OBD0, but don't let that worry you. OBD2 is all USDM cars 96 or later. V6 accords I believe were OBD2 in 95. Japanese cars in the Japanese Domestic Market(JDM) became OBD2 in 97. 92-96 JDM Prelude Motors are OBD1, which is what you want.
