Wiring!!!!!!!!!!

    I need serious help, i have a 91 crx hf that is dual point fuel injected i dropped a 1990 ls engine in it. one of my bods used my stock dx harness and some stuff from an si harness and he made my new multiport conversion harness. we got the car to start, and it idles at about 1 grand. my big problem now is that i get a code 9 and a code 16, and my car wont rev past 3500, ive trie rewiring the distributor plug and running new wires from c1 and c2 of the ecu, i tried a new ls ecu, a new distrubutor, new wires, new plugs, and nothing it wont go past 3500 rpms, someone please help, i have a deadlineto finish this car and all i need now is that problem fixed!

    srry guys its not an hf its a dx dual point fuel injected!
