Wont start!!

I have a 99 civic si fully built. b16 bored to b18 fullrace stage 3 turbo. one random night sittin at a gas station for 10 mins, went to start car.. check engine light came on and could not hear fuel pump prime. the car will turn over but wont start. is it the main relay or what?

do u have full msd set up or stock cap and rotor i had a problem like that ur coil could have took a crap or spark plug wires suntttin like that look into that

maybe u blew a fuse for the fuel pump
