worked F22?

here's the deal. i have a 92 accord. stock F22 with a cold air intake. i am really pleased with the additional hp the intake gave me, but i want more. i iknow i could go all out and do an H22 swap, but i have a family to provide for, thus a VERY tight budget. i want to hit 300hp with my F22. is that possible. more importantly, what would i have to do in order to reach that goal. somebody please help me

i know a turbo will help me reach my goal, but which turbo? also, i know i can't just slap a turbo in and it be successful. i know i need to upgrade other parts of my motor. but i'm not sure where i should start. i've done some homework and have found no crankshafts, among other parts, for a F22. can i use parts from other motors, like an H22, in my F22?

i'm sure with a good tune you could boost to 300whp on stock internals..
