well, i have been getting little things done lately

bought some MINT 99-00 Si seats front and rears, $150
ARP extended studs, blox gold lug nuts, $100
Traded the purple tow hook for a gold one
Bought some Fat fives off a buddy, need 2 tires for $100

Coming next:
2 tires next week/ alignment too
New fog light switch
HID's
New front lip
Carbon hood

She's gettin there, will have some pics up soon

wellll... more updates but still no pics uploaded to photobucket :(

bought 4 new Dunlop Direzza DZ101's yesterday, i love them! the car feels soooo much better than it used to. And i went and got a 4 wheel alignment this morning, everything went good besides the rear toe can't be sit because the bolts were froze :( but if i get them freed up i can take it back and the guy will fix it for free... also the front camber can't be set completely where it needs to be, but isn't too bad -1.7 degrees i think it was...

Okay, so I have a question that hopefully somebody can answer to me. My ecu is set at higher than stock 8200 rev limit and I read somewhere not to use the type r cams on stock b16 valvetrain over 8200. Is that true or should I be fine? If not, I'll just have to watch it closely when getting on it. Hopefully somebody can help me out.
 
FYI.. those lugs most likely didnt seat properly on those wheels since they're for aftermarket wheels..
 
You should probably have a ITR/CTR exhaust cam to match with springs/retainers/cam gears then tune. Then it would be 100% reliable and ready to revv to 8500 or something.

yeah i am looking for it all... and yes they seated fine eg6sir, i've put 1000+ miles on them and they are fine...
 
Been a little happening with it lately, traded the fat fives for a set of XXR 002's that i may be trading off tomorrow (do not like how they look on the car at all)
Tonight i put a b16 tranny and new clutch in, it feels so much better than it ever has. I wish i could take it to the track one more time to see what my improvement is with the new trans, it ran a 15.7 with the ls trans :/
My old clutch/ flywheel were in pretty bad shape, but come to find out my flywheel was a clutch masters flywheel, does anybody know if they make a replacement face for those?

Oh, and i got some KYB GR-2's for the rear, idk if i want to run those or my tokico's on my car

The GR-2s are pretty much stock replacements. I'd go with the Tokicos if you actually want some performance out of the shocks...
 
well the car is gone now :/ but i believe i traded up once again! you guys will probably hate me though... yes... im one of "those guys" now...
