So I need the little harness that looks like it plugs into the back of the EJ/EK/EM1 cluster to extend the socket to the front to light the needles from above. It is number 8 in the picture below.
If I can not find someone that has this piece, I may be interested in purchasing the EK4 cluster, or any other than stock EJ8 cluster. Either the white letters with red needles, red letters and red needles, or CTR clusters are all fine depending on price. If you're looking for mad JDM y0 collector prices I'm probably not the customer for you, if you want a ridiculously cheap to fair price I'm your guy.
