Alrigth dude. 96+ non-VTEC B-Series Valve Covers are the same. There is no difference. There is a difference between the Old and New VC's though. That difference is the PVC thing. On the new VC's the PVC is on the VX, on the OLD style its still on the block.

Check www.InlineFour.com for the part. But good luck with them getting back to you. I emailed them 3 weeks ago about the very same part, still havent got anything back. Luckily I found it local. Also they want $50 + shipping for it.
