Sponsors have disbursed this year's money and it's burning a hole in my pocket!!!!

I'm building a SCCA SM car to compete at Regional, Divisional & National level.

I have a B20b block & a complete LS swap (thanks conivic!!)...

needed:
vtec head (GSR or ITR)
ITR IM
ITR header
ITR/CTR tranny (preferred)
GSR tranny (at least)
phk pistons

Bascially, ITR top end & tranny with B20z 9.6:1 CR, phk pistons

lemme know what you got. I'm moving the the D.C. area & will travel to pick up since all these parts are heavy as sh!t.

(Spending other people's money on your car is so cool!!!)

you may want to watch the clearance on the PHK pistons to the ITR head....

Read up on Honda Tuning...

I know... I asked that question and the topic got moved to "Engine Building" from "swap info"

To date, no one has given me an answer so I'm not sure anyone really knows. I'm afraid I'll have to clay the head. Not something I've ever done before so.....

i will have a 95 jdm gsr head for sale in about a month if you want to wait...

I can wait. Got any idea how attached to it you are?

Asls, do you know if there would be any interference problems with the phk pistons and the GSR/ITR head?

From what I can find the B20b and B20z are the exact same block but the B20z uses higher compression pistons (phk). If no one has interference problems using VTEC heads on B20z motors then I shouldn't (theoretically) using the B20b block but phk pistons. ya know?

like I said ^^^^ I guess I'll have to clay it to be 100% certain.
