wtb: oem front bumber, 92-95 gauge cluster w/tach

just like the title states, i need a new oem bumber for my 93 civic hatch...my sister got into a little accident with my car and i need to replace the front bumber...and i also need a gauge cluster with tach because i don't want to hook up an aftermarket tach(don't know how to either)...price and shipping to 35458....pics would be greatly appreciated
