Just as my sig suggests...

I'd like to spend 130 shipped or less for the ECU, preferably stock and manual.

~ 100 shipped tops for the Steelies.

I'm more worried about getting the ECU now that the snow is finally melting off.

i got a chipped p28 that i converted from a auto i would be willing to get rid of. 130 is alittle underpriced i think. atleast around here finding a p28 is gonna cost you 250 for a auto.
 
For something that is chipped, sure. I want an unmolested. stock. 5 speed p28/p30. If someone spends 250 bucks on an ECU they're idiots. I've seen P28s go on HT previously for between 100-150 bucks... and then I see people say they want 200 for it and everyone jumps their shit.

A stock P28 shouldn't cost 250 bucks.
 
well like i said in oregon good luck. i your somewhere else then jump on the lower prices. im not shitting you there 250 around here. dont believe me give auto adventure in portland a call and see what they tell you. thats the only place besides a shop that your going to find one. i wish i was in cali so honda shit would be cheaper
