SC will have i dunno 50-60 whp gain at lets say 10 psi.
Turbo can have upwards of 100 whp gain, depends on the turbo and a lot of other parts. I had a 111 whp gain over the 142 flywheel hp in my old LST.

I dont want to spend an arm and a leg for a turbo, thats why I am gonna go SC.
