It is a JDM part that mounts on the passengerside of the bumper (our drivers side) that allows the driver to see where the front of his bumper is when parking.

It is useless on US cars, because the brackets are for RHD, there for it will be on teh side you can already see. It apparently scores M4d j|)M p0!nt5 from the collectors.
