long story short, it turns out the oem DC5 lsd won't work with the mods I need to do to make it work in the application, but apparently the obx will due to the different case design.
anyone with a K-series obx looking to upgrade to oem type-r now's your chance. Comes with 2 good bearings already installed, just needs your speedo gear
i'm probably going to give this like a week or so on the boards, if no luck then i'll just throw it up on ebay and buy an obx. But you never know, I may get impatient if no interest here so lmk asap
