y7 and y8 heads and intake manifold f/s

I have two heads f/s came off runing cars the rocker arms may need to be adjusted on both. comes with vtec solenoid and all sensors. Asking $80 obo + shiping for each just make me an offer need them gone asap also have the y7 and 8 intake mainfold f/s to. live in conetoga pa 17516 thanks wolfy
