Alright, I know what needs to happen to make it fit, that is not my question..


My question is this. Since the timing setups are different between the motors, is it ok to use an OBD2 dizzy on an obd1 head like that? Seems to me that that would cause some issues...

any and all insight is greatly apprecaited

oh, I should probably tell you all that I'm running a 99 EX with the oBD2 harness, and just dropped in a z6.
 
Put it on your head, and set ignition timing with a light just like normal.. It will be slightly off, but you should be able to set it at 16deg btdc.
