actuly were both right just find a vaccum line to the y8 and t it into there and it will be fine. and my bad its pcv not pvc lol

on your pic, that is just the breather (it goes back into the intake pre-throttle body), the pcv is on the right, and that goes post throttle body. It will make a difference.

Can you make a y8 manifold fit on a d16z6 head? if you can.... how?

To answer your question, yes, they are basically the same. I have a y8 mani on my z6 head now. The Z6 will flow better for FI though in stock form.
