no on pulling type fans you wont feel air moving at all on the other side of the fan. if you have a fan in your house turn it on high then put your hand behind it and you will see that there is no air movement. :eek:

So if he mounts his fan bakwards and the blades wont move air to their full potential thats why he has to figure out what type of fan he has. most fans are the push type.
