no... still too much....

You can make 250 hp with a 42/48 and have full boost at or before 3k. They're cheap too 200 or less.

If you can find one cheaper then I'd say go for it, but I wouldn't pay 400 for one unless it was nearly new. There was a site selling BRAND NEW ones for 425 shipped.
