This time its coming over by the timing belt towards the bottom. it sounds like how the tranny sounds if it didnt have enough oil in it or if its winding down. i think maybe one of the pullies down there is making the noise. sometimes i will turn it on and it will start after 2sec and others right away. you guys know of anything that could be making a sounds similiar to what a vaguely described?
 
Found out what it is, one of the tensioners is going out and the bearings to what i understand are making noise. only one side of the timing belt is tight the other has slack, so im going to get a new timing belt and 2 new tensioners for the heck of it.
