I sometimes hang with a guy at our usual cruise-in spot (Dunkin Donuts) from Trick Engineering out of NH. He's got a white STI running a Turbonetics T66, 11psi, and stock bottom end, pushing out well over 500hp. The thing is scary fast.

Yeah most people on this board have at one point or another got their hands dirty while working on their car. Anywho who has a 300+WHP car knows that you'll have your hands under that hood AT LEAST once a week. for normal upkeep

itll only run 9s? lol. 700AWHP only goes nines. i'm assuming its a high nine.

if i built a car with 700 hp, it had best be deep into the nines.

No Joke...I can barely tell what any of that is just by glancing. Too many vacuum lines and intake pipes runnin through the thing. Someone else will work on that shit while i drive it to hell and back.

you are correct. BUT, i wouldn't have spent 60k either. lol. its a nice car, and looks like fun to drive. But i personally would rather have the 15yr old car, if i had to pay for it myself that is.

And i disagree "nines are nines" is a poor statement. 9.999 is way different then 9.0X

That wasn't the point of nines are nines. He'll be in the 9s, those are bragging rights enough to shut quite a few people up.


What I'd really love to see is him running that stroked EVO that walked all over Camaros and 03-04 Cobras. He put about 5 cars or so on an 11 second LS1 SS.
