i have blue eyes w/ a hazel ring around my pupil..

mine look like these.. but the hazel around the pupil isnt as spread out.. more just around the pupil

My eyes are quite odd. I have dark blue outer edge and inner edge around my pupil, but the majority if a bright fierce blue. Most people think I wear those contacts with pigment because my eyes are so vivid. Funny thing is, the uncle I share my name with had identical eyes.
 
So whats with di-chromatic?
I mean ones blue the other 2/3 blue and 1/3 brownish/crazy
