ok the basics a6/z6 y8 intake in a 89 civic
the water pump was bad so i changed it out thought it was the noise but nope its the cam right at the cam gear its really whiny kinda sounds like a old v8 supercharger is it a bad cam or just from the a6z6 swap ive got andther cam and another z6 and y8 head
 
i pulled the cam out and the cam journals and the cam is scored can the head be fixed or is it junk there not real bad i took my finger nail across it and it doesnt catch
