I just recently swaped a zc in 91 civic si and it seems like it is running a little rich (i smell gas when it's running and it shakes quite a bit) what do you think the problem is?? would it do this if the timing is out a tooth??? and more ideas would be great

Clean/Replace your IACV, Run some Fuel Injector Cleaner, Replace O2 sensor.
That's all I got. Any Check Engine Lights?

no check engine lights, code 20 flashing, you don't think the timing is off at all??

code 20 is electric load detector - you must have USDM ECU - the Canadian cars don't have electric load detector, so the ECU is looking for something you don't have

did you replace the timing belt? have you checked the camshaft timing? ignition timing? - we see a lot of these older engines that have a bad fuel pressure regulator
