For reference: I am using a 1991 crx HF wire harness with this DOHC ZC if that matters.
Okay all, here is my situation...I have the DOHC ZC blacktop, it now starts because i bought a new 88-89 teg distributor and cam angle sensor and new wires and new plugs.

It starts for like 2 seconds really sputtery. The timing is off about 1-2 teeth, is that enough to make the motor not stay running?

What could be stopping my motor from fully running? We have fuel, we have spark...what is lacking here?
 
defineltly fix the timing first.. if that doesn't work, check what ecu you're running.. my 89 pm6 didn't want to run the dohc zc for more than 2 secs. I got a 90 pm6 and chipped it. runs good now
