ZC tranny question

I got a guy bringing a crx dx with a zc dohc in it. Now he had it installed by some shop and they put the dx tranny in it. I got the guy a zc 5speed tranny and hes dropping it off at my shop to install it tommorow. Can you install the zc tranny without using the intermid shaft. or what intermid shaft can i get to work on it. I have a 91 integra int shaft.

I thought you could just use D-series axles but I was wrong.

Apparently a JDM ZC intermediate shaft is the only one that will work. then use 90-93 L & R axles(which you probably already knew).

i think the 88-89 integra axels will work dont quote me on this though.

I read online last night that I could just use the 88-89 integra axles and intermit shaft. But It looks like I cant use the dx starter and therefore have to get a 88 integra starter as well. Is this info correct?

The 89 Integra axles will NOT work in a ZC transmission.

You won't drive more than 30 feet with 89 Integra axles in a ZC transmission.

pretty sure only the zc inter. shaft will work, can you get a si tranny. that would make things a shitload easier
