If you don't get a response here, You can fiddle around "Hondatech.com", Hasport.. They might know.
Otherwise, get online with someone who knows or has a "Hollander" manual to see.
What happened with the 'old' engine?

The short answer is no. The old engine is a B-series, and the engine you want to replace it with is the newer K-series. It will NOT bolt in like a B-series engine will. It would require fabricating custom engine mounts, wiring issues, and probably some other fabrication as well.

If you're looking for a simple, cheap, drop-in engine replacement, then this isn't it. If you've got time, fabrication skills, and/or a bunch of money, then give it a whirl...
