Help my landlord sell car.

Selling a 2002 Nissan Sentra SE-R. The condition of the car is in
great condition. It is still being driven normally. so the mileage does vary.
Its a fun car to drive and has good gas mileage.

Everything on the car does works well.

It has low mileage of 110,xxx miles
Automatic
automatic retractable sunroof
Has original Owners manual and warranty info
After market APexi Catback muffler
-- its not very loud to attract much and not some cheap brand.

Has Clean Connecticut Title and have a bill of sales ready when sold.

The recent maintenance on the car was spark plugs and serpentine belts. have
been following manufacture maintenance. Also re wax the headlights and other exterior.

Serious buyers are welcome to test drive the car. But I would have to be with you.The reason selling is that recently bought a new vehicle so don't really need another car.

i was under the impression that all the SE-R's were 5 speeds.

Just learn that the Sentra SE-R spec V was came only manual. the more you know I guess.
