sorry, but if it has a single cam its not a Del Sol VTEC .. its a Del Sol SI

actually the d16z6 came in the del sol vtec and it was a single overhead cam. i had a 95 model

No, it didn't. The base model was the Del Sol S, the next level up was the Del Sol Si, which had the single-cam VTEC D16Z6, and then the top model was the Del Sol VTEC, which came out in 94 and had the B16A3.

If your car was labeled as a "Del Sol VTEC" but had the single-cam engine, then somebody swapped out the B16...
