The motor comes complete with 5speed manual transmission, all the accessories around the motor and the vtec solenoid. It doesn't come with ECU and we currently don't have just the VTEC head in stock.

It is the wiring harness setup. Honda motors 92-95 is OBD1 and 96+ is OBD2. The 89-91 model is OBD0
