Look for a used Progress kit that relocates the upper mounts. Cheap, effective and durable. Ingalls have a lot of imitators on eBay that break, Skunk2 isn't cheap.

what kind of car have you lowered, in some cases washers will fix camber issues, ex. older integras in the rear

well i went and got an alignment yesterday at a local speed shop and they dialed out most of the negative camber so i guess this whole post has been a mute point!

Camber on a stock honda is not adjustable! If they adjusted it, I would take it straight to another shop and make sure they didn't fuck something up. Unless honda started putting adjustable setups in their cars recently..

to a certin point its not adjustable, but in my case i only had an inch and a half drop and when we aligned it at school, we got the needle just inside the green. but any more than that and we couldnt have corrected it

I honestly don't see how you'd adjust the camber, at least up front(rears can be shimmed out). I'd say the Hardrace upper A-arm is probably the best you can get besides the A-Sports one which probably costs 3x more. The Hardrace unit uses bigger bolts than the Skunk2 which means much less chance of it slipping. Matter of fact, I've yet to hear the Hardrace slipping while a couple of guys RR/AutoX guys on HT have had the Skunk2 slipping.

Adjusted the bolts(re-torquing or something?), or just unbolted them and reinstalled them or loosened them and torquing them down("resetting" the suspension bushing so they're not binding)?

Is a camber kit necessary when you lower a car? I have a 2000 teg lowered on agx's and sportlines. Shoud I pick a camber kit up?

For the Sportlines it would probably be a good idea. A good general rule of thumb is that anything lowered past 1.5 inches will probably need a camber kit...

My car needed camber adjustment after I lowered it 20mm. If you change the suspension geometry AT ALL, you need to fix it afterwards. Besides, an extra degree of negative camber will help handling more than you'd think.
