I've had the pro-kit on both of my civic's. Coupled with the dampers they sell, I havn't found a better riding civic. Even with my short wheelbase there isnt a bouncy ride like most seem to give.

I have the Skunk2's and the stance on the car is just right. This is only my project and it's not done yet so I couldn't tell you how it feels.

You click on his name tag and goto "send private message to 97hatch". For instance in this post you will see "89' Project Civic" and if you were to send myself a private message you will see my screen name on this post and click on it then scroll down the list. Please post again if there is any confusion.

Not quite stock... well, FAR from- but you get the idea. The stock shocks and springs will just be black and black, and have no threaded anything for adjustments. Stock bushings are black, sway bar will not be present (unless you have an EX or Si).

Are you talking about your stock suspension? If so, then you have springs. No Hondas ever came with factory adjustable suspensions. If they're aftermarket, then just look and see if they have a threaded collar on them...

if we want to be technically correct
most hondas come with "coilover" style suspension

coilover has nothing to do with being adjustable... it simply means: coil spring over strut
any time you have a coiled spring around a shock/strut, it is a coilover suspension

most hondas are coilover suspension... older models were mostly coilover shock... most newer models macpherson strut design (coil over strut)

for instance
the rear suspension on a honda insight is not coilover suspension
the shock and spring are separate

The fit has coilovers in the front, and the same rear torsion beam in the back as the insight.
