ok ive been looking at wheels for my 95 civic ex ..i want 16's from what i understand they still preserve some ride quality. im outright poor and i'm not looking for deals ive found a couple companies localy that manufacture wheels and will do custom orders "steel wheels" before i aproach the companies and listen to their outrageous prices for custom order wheels of probably low caliber is there a market for steelies in the odd sizes...i ask cuz im a capitalist ...and dont know where else to ask...do low budget steel wheels have a chance against the pretty light weight "well some" ones

Uh... all I can say is look for Rotas. Good wheel, decent price.

Why would you want some heavy ass steelies, when you can get some nice light rims for under $600?

if you don't care what the wheels look like then check out the old 4x100 vw alloys at your local junk yard... you can get a nice wide tire thats fairly light weigh for pretty cheap...
