205/40 is only size to say to use which i have on already so should i go down to 16's?

I've had 17's with 205/40/17's which is only tire size says to use on a 95 Civic 4 Dr. and was wondering if its safe to put a 205/45/17. car is only dropped .75

You use back your old harness but you have the wire couple things up. If you could get a complete un cut harness you could salvage those wires to use on your old one.
