    your b16a header "may" fit, you might just have to go without the tranny brace under the motor, the b16a intake manifold should work well on a b20. get some cams and a tune and that thing will be a torque monster. you might want to swap the ls fifth gear so its drivable on the highway.

    use the original engine harness from the motor that was in the car before, i believe its a one piece harness, and just add the extra couple of wires for vtec, knock, evap, and iab sensors. is your ecu tuned for that swap? if not you need one thats chipped, or a gsr one at least. good luck

    go with a 4-2-1, obx makes a real nice one thats one piece, its like 200$ on ebay. the 4-1 are more suited for the 1.8-2.0l. the b18 header will fit, but may not mate up to your exhaust. good luck

    dont get drilled, they will be cracked in like 6 months, if you must get slotted, just buy a set of 4 off the net, they will match front and back. also get a good set of ceramic pads, they will make more of a difference then the new rotors. good luck

    those are odd sizes,,, but i would guess the 8 is what you have, the 9 is what you need, and the 1 is what you may need. i recommend an integra brake booster, it might be easier if you went to a junk yard, and grabbed the mc and booster off a teg there, you could also get the right prop valve.
