if i shot peen my rods and leave the stock crank and get forged pistons and some sleeves will the engine be able to handle around 15psi on the track and like 7 or 8 on the street and what type of sleeves are the best bang for my buck

okay i got a indiglo white face gauges for cruthchfiel for my 95 gsr. I got everything out fine but then I had to disconnect the plugs on the back of the instrument panel and the yellow plug came out fine but there are two other blue ones that need to come out and they won't come out for shit...
i'm seeing h22 type s for like 2900 and the itr is 4200..would it be worth my money just to get the h22 or will the itr be better because it's already setup for racing
okay i'm looking at buying my engine this week or next week. should i buy it through a shop or order it on my own. Where is the best place to get the whole ITR setup with everything that i will need.
yah that would be kool i'm stationed in dahlgren virginia but fredricksburg so i don't know how close any of those shops would be close to me but if u had some #'s that would be helpful
