Some good looking bikes! I rock a vintage 1985 Peugeot PH501. For tires I've been going with the Continental Gatorskin Bicycle Tire (700x28), and have put about ~1,500 miles on them so far with no flats or issues. All stock components and just recently rebuilt the bottom bracket and crankset...
