don't forget the philips' in the door handles. you take them out, and the plastic things they hold in, exposing the empty guts behind them.... before you start prying along the bottom of the door. oh... and it sounds like you're gonna break the thing getting it off those tabs, but just start...

Any place that sells Flowmaster catalytic converters can put a 2¼", 2½", or 3" one on for you. I'm not sure they're particularly high-flow, compared with other brands, but they work.

and then you can change your clutch, flywheel (if you want to), and even your final drive, since labor on transmissions is insane. It might even be worth looking into a low-mileage swap, even for the identical longblock. Just my $0.02 -x

:withstupid: Thanks for the correction. They don't explain LSD's very well when they sell them. Do LSD's make you lose power... in other words, is some power spent turning the LSD, > 1 ft lb ? If so, it seems like the 2-way would be the worst for power loss, creating a "drag" at cruise...

And what did you get driving the LS swapped?.... cause you say they're not quicker. :-P

Sorry, but it's torque that gets you from point A to point B, whether it's on the track, or on the interstate. B16's don't have *useable* torque until high-rpm, hence the power band from 5000-redline. My non-VTEC B18B (LS motor) has torque from 1,500 through redline. I can drive in 5th gear...
