if ur gonna keep cable i would use d16a6 tranny but if ur gonna convert to hydro i would use the tranny from the d16z6 four door eg`s.. those z6 gears are long

if u got a 90 LS tranny u prolly got a cable tranny. i would definitely replace it. LS cable trannys are affordable.

i have a b16 hf and i just want to make the engine bay look a lil cleaner iz all... i know a lil bout soldering but i wouldnt want to try a wire tuck myself. i jus need a lil relocating on the vtec soloenoid plug wires in the area n maybe sum other stuf tho... sorry bout tha late response i got...

i have a 90 hatch with a b16a swap that recently began to not crank anymore. all i could hear was a little noise from the starter but no turning or cranking of the engine when I would turn the key. so I replaced the battery and still nothing. then I bought another used starter and it started up...

d16z6 > b18a1..

y would any1 want to convert to cable when u can use hydro... except if u want to use an endless supply of typically affordable LS cable trannys..
