I am have a bad driver side axle that I need to replace but am not 100% sure as to what axle I need to replace it with. Do i just get a 99 Si axle or a dohc del sol's. Any help on to what axle I need to replace the bad one on my sir II swap in my EG.

I had the same problem /w my sir II swap. I took the tranny off and found out the clutch had pieces broken off it and they were loose inside the pressure plate. Thats what was causing me not to be able to engage the clutch all the way. If it has that many miles you may want to check and see...

we tested for spark and we are getting it, I will try a smaller gap but I don't think that would keep it from starting completly. I also should definatley check timing. Any other suggestions?

I just used my stock cx wiring harness and converted from a 1 wire to a 4 wire O2 sensor and add vtec wires. I didn't know there was a diffrence.

Ok I just finished getting the motor in my car this weekend and double and triple checked to make sure evething is hooked up right. Then I went to fire it and it won't do anything execpt keep cranking and cranking, not even a putter. I replaced Dis. cap, rotor, plugs gaped my plugs at like .050...

My B16 SirII doesn't have one either, when I took the hose off of the one on my old sohc, I didn't have anywhere to put it on the B's intake manifold.

Ok I got my B16 in my car this morning and tried to start it and I hear the fuel pump priming and it is cranking, also when I took the plugs out they have fuel on them. I am going to go buy new plugs and dis. cap. My question is what should I gap my plugs at on a B16 P30?

are all the pins in the harness that attaches to your ECU the same in all generations. I know there are big and small ones. but besides that are they all the same?
