    i always thought that the sohc blocks werent wide enough to bolt a dohc head on one, i could be wrong.

    did the skunk 2 manifold bolt right up?..because i've heard there is like one bolt the doesnt line up when you put a type-r manifold on a B18C1 gs-r motor

    i would do cams and header, your skunk 2 manifold probably didn't give you to much of a hp gain. The CTR cams will utilize the intake manifold because the bigger lift and longer duration will suck more air in which will give you much better hp gains.

    dude if i were you i wouldnt waste my time on D-series motors. If you want performance go with b-series.
