You dialed the tps to .5v closed throttle, ~4.5v wide open throttle?

The fact that it runs fine after a fuel filter change is weird. I had a similar sounding issue before. Check the TPS positioning. When it's out of wack, it will behave like that. Won't want to cruize but will rip thru all gears no problem. Very touchy if your trying to drive really slow too.

Sounds like a ground to me too. Check the ground on the thermostat housing. If that comes loose then your gauges will wig out

change to something that doesn't rely on another daughter board. crome or something. then you won't have those issues.

go over your wires with a multimeter. obviously you should check continuity of the brake and coolant switch circuits

it's slightly different. that means the ground is meant to go to the same grounding point as the other ecu grounds. different ground points can skew the readings of the ecu, which is why honda grounds all the sensors to the thermostat housing (on most hondas).

I think you've got 440cc injectors there. I have 550s sitting in my room here, and the box says SL9-550. But maybe I'm wrong, either way bump for some quality parts!
