Odd she likes good good like the odd bits, yet won't touch dark meat.

Does she feel dark meat is poor people food?

most of it comes down to that she doesn't like fat. Even regular ground chicken is too much, we have to buy the 98% breast meat only kind.

can all three of us get together with our Asian women and promote the White-guy/Asian-girl combo???

also, doesnt eat pork? wtf? EVERYTHING in Thailand was pork lol.

she was actually raised in a Muslim family, not Buddhist. She couldn't give a fuck about religion, but she's just never eaten it because of it and thinks it's weird.

where's cel when you need him to call my gf a terrorist? oh, yeah, banned.

also i remember the Ji/Martine fued lulz.
jesus, i forgot about her... and that's a good thing.

Prepping burgers to grill later on. Weird she doesn't like fat since it isn't all that easy to come by in south east Asia unless you've got many doll hairs. Fruit fruit fruit and more fruit. Oh and some rice.

Hold up, we had another taco? I thought taco was the only taco.

Ironic too since this is a Honda forum. You'd think everyone was a taco.

Those look like perfect patties @jeffie7. What do you use to get them that perfect? And no additions when mixing the ground beef? Not even a bit of season or binder?

in for the perfect patty method. i make lots of hamburgers and mine are always unique, more like hunks of meat just thrown on the grill.

Straight ground beef, I season them right before they hit the grill. I don't want the salt pulling any moisture out.

Use any form you can find. Just lightly very lightly pack the burger down only enough to get it to hold together.

Depending on the grill I cook them 2 or 3 minutes a side. Cooks it just to done yet is still super juicy. If I grind my own meat I do med/rare but not with random ground beef. I always cook it to just barly done.

Form being a ring of some sort. I like using the top of a plastic soup Togo container. I cut the bottom off and use just the top part. Makes the perfect sized 5oz burger

Heres an update on the meat.

Notice how they don't puff up? That's from not over working the meat.

I look across the table and see linh stuffing a double into her face.

super tender, falls apart at the perfect time while in your mouth burgers, its amazing how simple good burgers are yet they are always tough and dry when we get them anywhere else.

jesus, it's a trippple decker!

Doesn't like the texture of it more than anything. i'm not a fan of fatty meat either (i'm the annoying cut around everything on a steak guy) so it works out ok.

we had a Nacho at one point too... from NM area if i recall....

Yeah. She speaks fluent Thai.
nice, she'll enjoy that for sure.
I hope we can all get together for a dinner.

Screw Thai, Vietnamese will be the first language of choice. Although I highly doubt Linh will make it out if its a weekday unless its later at night, she normally gets home around 8-8:30

Looks like a triple because the meat is splitting apart from hardly being formed.
