Why not just buy an Acty?

Oh yeah, I got it tinted.

Nah, I just drive it around like normal on all season tires. It's so light it just kinda floats on top of the snow. I did use it for some other stuff the other day:

I dunno, it's kinda a pain to take a "non-standard" car to a tint place. They have to cut it by hand, and most of them aren't very good at it, lol.

No pictures, but I did work a little bit on the paint on the right door... I'm gonna have to get the paint thickness gauge out, because it's gonna take a lot of cutting. I'm not sure it'll ever match. Now, next thing: Do I get it tinted or leave it without tint?

I'm pretty excited. It's filthy, and is going to need to be washed a couple times, but it's baaaaaaack!

GM of the body shop just called me. He is going to get the invoice taken care of, and give me a call this afternoon. He says he's not sure why they added it to the invoice, he supposed it was probably because it was listed as materials for the job, but they carried the cost over since that's...

Maybe they'll come to their senses today, and make it right today... Probably not though.

I called my insurance company, who then called the body shop. Body shop confirmed to my insurance company that "it was damaged during the course of repair." So, now I wait until Monday, or until they can get in contact with the general or regional manager to get the total due fixed.

Well... This gets better... The body shop (unnamed at this point) called to tell me my truck was ready. And then they said the total was going to be $3184.30. I asked how that could be nearly double of my estimate ($1477.xx), and I've received no supplemental quote. The guy told me that it was...

GLASS IS INSTALLED! They want it to sit overnight to cure, then I can come get it tomorrow morning. :D

Called the body shop just a second ago: "Glass guy is coming this afternoon, I'll give you a call as soon as it's done and ready to go."

The glass arrived unbroken! The glass guy is scheduled for tomorrow. Yayayayay!

It arrived, they body shop is checking it out now. I hope to dog it's not broken.

Perhaps it'll even be fully intact when it arrives to the body shop too!

Somehow the gods have grinned upon my plight. Just as I was finally accepting that I might never see my truck again this year.

I actually only own Hondas now... They're mostly motorcycles though.
