alright.. so i have a gsr.. and when my car is on and idle.. my tranny makes a funny clicking sound.. thought it was my throw out bearing.. changed that but it still does the same thing.. when the clutch is pressed in.. the noise goes away.. What Could It Be..??

okae so i got done with my swap.. i put an OBD1 GSR into my OBD2A Ek Hatch.. running an OBD1 GSR ECU.. starts up perfect.. but wen i rev it.. it boggs out at 3000 rpm.. like thats the point of redline.. any help..??
