what headgasket should i use 4 a ls-vtec turbo? i plan to make about 400hp

has anyone ran over 400hp on a stock gsr head?Or will the the valve springs and retainers give up?

i m trying to built a b20 vtec, i will be useing a first gen b16 head i need some info on what chip program(mugen,skunk2 or jun what ever else)and what size injectors plus fuel pressure and what compression ratio can i run 4 a daily driver? thanks

apexi s turbo timers have a air fuel ratio meter built in. It looks great a small pen size and when u use the A/F ratio meter it doesn t bounce all over it gives u the ratio. my question is, is this pretty accurate?
