My brother bought a B16A2, Is it JDM? So say it is and others say its not. What is the original head thats on a b16a2? PR3? or is it something else?

Me and my cuz are gonna start the project. We have a complete B18B1 and a B16A with a rod stickin out the side. Can we use the water pump and B16 crank,piston,rods(new)? Would that give up the high reving motor that a stock B18 wont do?

Car starts up and drives but when it gets to 3500rpm it acts like revs like redlining and cant go further. P28 ecu, D15 Block, P08 Head, Y8 IM, Dizzy td42u.

I'm getting 4 quick blinks & then 1 long blink. Also, we took it for a test run and seems like it hit a rev limit at mid rpms.(Cant tell becuz we dont have tach hooked up yet.

Engine:D15B2 Head:Z6 ECU:p28 Injectors used are saturated 10 ohm. Do I need the resistor box? I dont see one on a 92-95 engine diagram with the P28 ecu. I am using the redpepperracing diagrams and are not that clear.

Would the IAC, IAT, MAP be diffeferent? The car does not have a check engine light lit idles high @ 1500rpm smokes black when reving. With the IAC disconnected it idles @ 600 or 700 rpm and still smokes rich? Whats goin on?

If anyone has read my previous post, I got the B18B1 in the EF running. Now how do I get the timing set? Theres isnt a dial with #'s on it and how would I know what degrees it set to??

Should I use the B16A intake manifold on the B18B1 or keep the original IM or just use the T/B off the B16A onto the B18? I am running OBD-0.

B18B1 idles hi so I connect the map sensor the B16A had on the firewall and now idles @ 1500rpms. What is the correct map sensor to use and any other sensors that need to be changed since the it was originally OBD-1 and now running OBD-0 with the correct ecu & dizzy? ANyone with vaccum diagrams...

B18B1 using OBD-0 ecu & dizzy in a 91 HB. But should i spark plug for a 90-91 or 94 acura integ???

B18B1 in a 90 HB and needs to buy ecu so should he go OBD-1 or 2,2a? What advantage or disadvantage?

The car had a (bad) B16A (OBD-0) and a B18B1 (OBD-1) was dropped in and now need a OBD-0 to OBD-1 harness & a P74/75 ecu and should run or throw in a OBD-0 Dizzy and plug in the PR4 ecu and it should run. Correct or am I wrong? Another thing if I go the OBD-1 route..What about the Injector Box...
