    I wouldn't, but you could. The GS-R and B16 ecu's have entirely different air/fuel/ignition maps to compensate for the GS-R's dual runner intake, larger displacement, different compression, etc. If your engine is moderately stock, stick with your GS-R ecu or expect problems.
