so i have a 96 ls block...the guy i got the car off of says its a b16..but i cant find VIN numbers anywhere...imagine that....the only sort of identification if anything is it says pr3-4 on the head..if that helps any..but thats not my problem...my car smokes and smells bad(through exhaust) like...
