i have eagle rods... weisco pistons. should i have these balanced before installing them? brand new out of the box... for a LS/Vtec opinions? is it that big of a deal?

ok so im having my LS block bored to 81.5 mm i ordered the LS Vtec conversion kit with the cosmetic head gasket.. a 81mm head gasket came in i thought i needed a 82mm? i told the guy i had a 81.5 sooo if i needed 82 is there any way i can alter it for it to be ok? does it matter? HELP!:o

So im doing a LS block with a B16 head, 8.5 compression pistons and the head has skunk 2 internals... stock b16 cams and valves that raise the compression .3 over normal. Just so im clear what im being told.. you can go wtih a bigger turbo and put less psi into the block and get same results...

OK! so... i asked a friend out of curiosity.. i cant spell... if the turbos you see on Ebay for like say... 150 to 200 bucks are even worth the money?? he told me that there ok the only major thing you have to watch out for is that the oil line they come with stock for the feed end is WAY...

stock piston size of a B18B in mm? and if i need to have my cylinders bored... is that considered part of the stock sleeve? how much does it cost roughly... i know thats a vauge question to have a 4 cyl block bored over? or honed?

ok so... i grab a B18B from a junk yard and obviously its dirty... now i can send it to get hot tanked, but a memeber told me on here that hot tanking alumn. isnt such a good idea... cause of the cleaning agents in the bath.... sooooo what should i do to clean the block/head before i send it...
