Ok... I got cel 45 off after changing, Spark plugs, Spark Plug Wires, Dizzy cap, (Rotor screw got stripped ><), and a brand new o2 sensor. Now cel Code 1 is on. brown liquid coming from my exhaust now.

failed with high HC again with the SI ecu. I'm still running rich with the 1.6 ecu. But my NO (PPM) went down dramatically from 270 to 3(15mph) and 9 to 0(25mph). Got CEL 45 Fuel system running too rich or lean. At least this means my O2 sensors are working right? Just changed out the spark...

Si ecu will pass smog. I had a high hc (ppm) with an obd1 ls ecu 12 points over and the obd1 communication failed. This time the si ecu connected and passed the functional check but still had my prior problem but this time 16 over.

btw the obd2a gsr ecu might throw a cel for fuel tank pressure or something like that. in that event you need to get a fuel tank from an integra i think O_o

stupid lagging internet. Well it looks like the reason why the computer isn't reading the ECU is because the ECU is OBD1. Looked up some info on the ECU number and it seems like its a 94 LS OBD1 ECU. Would having a OBD1 ECU cause the smog tech's scanner not be able to communicate with the ECU?
